Chicken Shack Spreads Its Wings

Just 11 months after opening their first Rotisserie Chicken restaurant in Boscombe, the founders of Chicken Shack have launched unit number 2 in Winton. AFCB Steve Fletcher cut the ribbon on what was a momentous day for this casual dining start up.

Chicken Shack Winton has added size and can facilitate up to 40 seated diners in a converted Barn style restaurant, which is situated behind an ‘over the counter’ style takeaway space on the high street. Additionally, a BarnYard has been created to allow for up to 40 Al Fresco diners to enjoy the sunshine and unique tasting Chicken, which has become its trademark.

Joshua Simons: We are delighted to have made a success of our first Chicken Shack in Boscombe, developing a large and loyal following in the area. The team are excited to have launched a larger facility in Winton, which we believe is the perfect location for our second restaurant.

Steve Crawford: We want to remain true to our initial mission with Chicken Shack, which was to provide unique tasting wood fired Chicken on our bespoke Rotisserie Grill, whilst offering a fun environment and authentic Southern Hospitality for all the family!

Ameer Kamel added: Quality. Quality. Quality. That’s what we believe in and that’s what we intend to deliver. We look forward to meeting the many patrons who are first time Shack visitors, as well as many guests that have supported us at Boscombe over the last year.
